Just Facilitation Intensive

  Enroll in Course

Designing and executing workshops and learning experiences isn’t for the faint-of-heart…between making sessions flow nicely, engaging and entertaining folks, and ensuring the content is fully (or at least mostly) absorbed, good facilitation requires many different skill-sets separate from the expertise that probably put us in the position of teaching other folks in the first place 🥴 (no shade 🕳, just love ❤️)

Our Just Facilitation Intensive is designed to help you:

  • Cultivate authentic connection and collaboration amongst attendees
  • Design facilitation days that feel both fun and fulfilling
  • Manage time, agendas, and scheduling with the least pain possible
  • Create energizing single-day and multi-day learning arcs
  • Set the stage with pre-work, expectations, and boundaries
  • Use tools and tech to facilitate group work, track progress, and share learnings across people/teams
  • Build confidence in your facilitation moves, even in challenging scenarios
  • Collect, interpret, and implement feedback
  • Become pretty dang great at all things virtual facilitation, sans digital hiccups
  • Nurture honest group convos and fruitful group dynamics, adjusting for power and size
  • Understand what makes a great facilitator and what those competencies might look like for you

OK, SO HOW DOES THIS WORK?

For three weeks, we will send you an email every Tuesday through Friday (4 days per week, 12 lessons total) with 30-40 minutes of content on a facilitation topic that covers the theory and philosophy underneath our approach, how we do it, with concrete examples, and access to any templates or samples for you to work from - things you can implement immediately in your upcoming facilitations.

Mondays of each week we'll have a workshop call where you can bring your questions about the content, implementation issues you've faced, or a way you're planning to use the content for feedback about your specific situation.

After the intensive, each participant has access to a 90 minute coaching call where you will meet with Christine to discuss any facilitation plan or agenda that you'd like. This call can be used to co-create a session, review a past or upcoming agenda or facilitation plan, or troubleshoot a tricky situation.
