What this session was about:

We created this space for folks who are curious about ways they might bring something like this to a decision-maker that might not be on board, or ways to take action even though you might not have broad buy-in from leadership, a budget, or power to change the organization's systems.

The session was lead by Dr. Christine Marie Ortiz Guzman, the founder and CEO of Equity Meets Design and co-author of the equityXdesign framework.
